Educational   Background

    Dr. Chen graduated from the Tsinghua   University with a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2004. His B.A.Sc.   and M.A.Sc. degrees were obtained from Chengdu University of Science & Technology   and Nanjing Aeronautical Institute in 1984 and 1987, respectively.
