4. Research results
[Immobilization mechanism of biomolecules on plasma polymerized pyrrole] Plasma polymerized pyrrole (PPy) was prepared by the new method of plasma polymerization. On the base of the solution performance and conductivity of the developed polymer, the immobilization behavior of the biomolecules on PPy Nano film was investigated in details. Also, the anchored mechanism of DNA molecules on the surface of PPy was further probed after the detailed study of the biocompatibility of PPy.

[Fabrication of the electrochemical biosensors based on the biomolecule-templated nanocomposites] Novel inorganic nanocomposites were prepared using one-pot method and probe molecule as template. All kinds of electrochemical approaches were applied to determine the food additives, microbial and proteins.

[Basic investigation of conductive hydrogel-inorganic nanocomposites and its applications on the environmental detection] Three-dimensional conductive hydrogel nanocomposites were synthesized using pyrrole and aniline as monomer and inorganic nanomaterials as inorganic phase. On the base of the performances, the treatment ability of these new hydrogels on organic pollutants, heavy metal ions and microbial in environment was probed.
