On May 26 to 28, the 2023 Annual Academic Conference of China Society for the Economics of Human Development (CSEHD) undertaken by Zhengzhou University of Light Industry (ZZULI) was successfully held by CSEHD and ZZULI, co-organized by China Center for Economic Research of Nanjing Normal University, Seentao Technology Co., Ltd., and ZZULI Research Institute of Jun Ceramics Industry Technology.Nearly 100 teachers and students from more than 30 universities at home and abroad participated in this forum, including East Strasburg University in Pennsylvania State, USA, Chonnam National University in South Korea, Nanjing University, and Nanjing Normal University.Vice President Wang Yanfeng and the heads of relevant offices and departments of ZZULI attended the opening ceremony.

On behalf of ZZULI, Vice President Wang Yanfeng congratulated the success of the forum.

Xu Chongzheng, President of CSEHD and Professor of Nanjing Normal University, delivered a speech. He stated that after years of development, CSEHD has become an important academic exchange platform for Chinese researchers on human development.Ge Yang, professor of Nanjing University, Hu Shixiong, professor of East Strasbourg University, and Lee Sang-Ho, professor of Chonnam University, and many other well-known development economists at home and abroad made invited reports. They shared and discussed issues referring to the marketization of production factors and income distribution system, rural revitalization and comprehensive development of farmers, green technology and sustainable development, common prosperity and human development in the new era.

On May 28, representatives of the conference visited Shenhou Ancient Town.
