Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing of Mechanical Equipment entered into the list of Key Laboratoriesof Henan Province, according to an official notice released by Henan Science and Technology Agency. The lab was finallyqualified after a series of hard jobs such as oral defense and site inspection.

The lab, managed by the School of Mechanical and Electricity, focuses onthe modular design of complex products, mechanical equipment and mechanical engineering by the way of dynamic modeling and simulation of mechanical and electrical system and CAD/CAM/RE, it also studies about the digital prototyping product modeling, mechanical equipment status monitoring and fault diagnosis and rapid product design.
