On March 8thafternoon, a delegationfrom Northwest University, leaded byVice President, Ken Cornell visited ZZULI. Professor ZhaoWeidong, President of ZZULI and Vice President Wang Xinjiemet the visitors. Deans of relevant departments also took part in this meeting.
President Zhao expressed welcome to delegation on behalf of ZZULI.After making a brief introduction on recent construction and development achievements of ZZULI, President Zhao expressed our school pay great importance on international cooperation and communication. And he pointed there is a good cooperationfoundation between ZZULI and Northwest University.In order to establish friendly cooperation relations, he hoped two sides can enhance contact, develop communications between students, exchange visits between teachers and science cooperation actively.
Mr. Ken Cornell expressed gratitude for the warm reception and showed admiration to construction and development achievements of our school. He gave a brief introduction on development and teaching situation of Northwest University. He also hoped two sides can strengthen understanding and communication to reach more diversification cooperation.
After meeting, delegation visited the School of Art & Design and the School of Electric & information engineering in Dongfeng campus. They showed great interests to exhibition hall and laboratory through making academic communications with teachers as well as students.
