Professor Silvana, Doctoral supervisor and president of the vegetable branch of the International Horticultural Society, was invited by our Science and Technology Department, Food product and safety Henan Cooperative Innovation Center, School of Food and Biology Engineering to have academic exchange and visit.

 During the report, Nicola introduced the Italian and European education system and mode, and current student exchange programs between China and Italy, then gave our relative college leaders and partial teachers and students a report about “Study on the process of fruits and vegetables and the extraction of aromatic substances”.  After this, Nicola answered relative questions raised by our teachers and students about development of new materials of fruits and vegetables, application of new technology, application for Chinese students to study in higher education in Italy and Europe.

After the formal meeting, Professor Silvana was taken to visit our Innovation and entrepreneurship training base and relative labs of Food product and safety Henan Cooperative Innovative center.
