Wang Wei, Executive Secretary General of Europe China Commercial Union (ECCU), and Chen Wenyu, Deputy Secretary General of ECCU, paid a visit to ZZULI on March, 16. Prof. Zhao Jihong and Prof. Mao Duobin, two vice presidents of ZZULI, attended the meeting and held a heated discussion with the guests.

Prof. Zhao Jihong extended warm a welcome to the guests on behalf of ZZULI and then presented a brief introduction of ZZULI. Mr. Wang Wei thanked the warm welcome and expressed the hope to found jointly with ZZULI the “Sino-Europe Applied Technology University”, a program proposed by ECCU. Prof. Mao Duobin introduced the advantages of ZZULI in such program. The two parties came to the conclusion that the founding of the university in proposal responds to the interests of both sides.

Other representatives attended the meeting included the deans from School of Mechanical Engineering, College of Food Engineering, School of Electrics and Information, School of Continuing Education and the Office of Teaching Affairs.
