The Korean Lecture Contest for candidates from Shanxi and Henan Division, as part of the 8^th “Kumho Asian Cup” Chinese University Student Korean Lecture Competition, was held in Xi’an Foreign Language University on Nov. 20, 2013. Wang Rongguan, a junior Korean major in ZZULI, won the 3^rd prize.

Wang Rongguan performed well both in the 3-minute given topic speech and 2-minute impromptu speech and finally won the 3^rd prize. Other candidates from ZZULI also had a good performance, which helps to gain more reputation for ZZULI and enhance the exchange with other universities.

This competition was co-organized by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and China-Republic of Korea Friendship Association. More than 20 students from other universities such as Xi’an Foreign Language University, Weinan Normal University and so on took part in the competition.
