With a robust technical foundation, Henan Key Laboratory of Magnetoelectronic Information Functional Materials (hereinafter referred as the "Laboratory") takes pride in an interdisciplinary academic team forged through long-term experimental and theoretical research and distinguished by young, middle-aged, and senior members. The Laboratory boasts 44 researchers, including eight professors and 17 associate professors. Among them, there is one candidate under the Henan High-level Talents - Leading Talents Program, one Science and Technology Innovation Leading Talent under the Central Plains Thousand Talents Program, one Central Plains Young Outstanding Talent, two Outstanding Talents/Distinguished Young Scholars in Science and Technology Innovation in Henan Province, five academic and technical leaders recognized by the Education Department of Henan Province, one Outstanding Teacher of Henan Province, nine Provincial Young Backbone Teachers, and one "Smart Zhengzhou" Entrepreneurship Leading Talent of Zhengzhou City. Seven researchers have studied overseas for more than a year. Moreover, the Laboratory is staffed with seasoned analytical and testing personnel as well as laboratory managers. Through leveraging their profound expertise in the respective fields, the team members of the Laboratory demonstrate strong capabilities in laboratory construction, spearheading the research and industrial development of magnetoelectronic information functional materials in Henan.
