Engineering Technology Research Center Universities in Henan Province was approved and established in February 2012. It mainly focuses on the major key, basic and common technical problems existing in the information technology of industrial production process, plays a core research role, and integrates domestic and foreign information. Advanced technological achievements in related disciplines of chemistry/intelligence, carry out systematic, supporting and engineering research and development, promote the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing technology of enterprises, carry out extensive technical cooperation and exchanges; actively carry out the promotion and application of fieldbus technology and control system , Design and develop bus-type comprehensive experimental devices and experimental systems based on the technical needs of universities, scientific research institutes and the market to improve the technical level of bus control systems in the field of education and scientific research; develop industrial production processes with good economic benefits based on industrial data acquisition network systems The intelligent comprehensive management application system simultaneously strengthens the training of compound engineering and technical personnel and management personnel urgently needed by the industry, and improves the overall technical level and market competitiveness of Henan Province's industrial production process information/intelligence system research and development.

The center is mainly composed of professors, doctors and masters, the team dedicated to technology development, system integration, and engineering application implementation development. There are 30 team members, including 4 with senior professional titles and 5 with doctoral degrees; the professional structure is reasonable, and the research direction mainly focuses on industrial control network diagnosis technology, manufacturing MES system, quality prediction model research based on AI technology and other related fields ; The average age of team members is 35 years old, the age structure is reasonable, and the team leaders and members have sufficient time and energy to engage in scientific research development and achievement transformation.

The room used for scientific research and office in the center covers an area of about 500 square meters, and has 12 sets of large-scale experimental equipment with a total value of more than 8 million yuan. The center has completed more than 30 sets of actual engineering projects, and has completed a number of industry-university-research projects in Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan, Shaanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Guizhou and other provinces in China and Vietnam abroad. In-depth research has been carried out, a number of scientific research achievements have been obtained, published more than 30 core, EI, SCI journals, 9 patents related to information technology in the textile industry have been applied, more than 40 software copyrights have been approved, and two first prizes of Textile Light, the highest award in the textile industry, have been awarded.

The center is a scientific research team with superb technology, diligent dedication and hard work. The team's laboratories include Engineering Technology Research Center in Zhengzhou, Engineering Technology Research Center in Henan, Henan Industrial Production Process Information System Engineering Technology Research Center and The first China PROFIBUS/PROFINET Technical Training Center certified by the Chinese PROFIBUS organization and the first China IEC61131-3 training center certified by the PLCOPEN international organization are located here. Years of technical accumulation and deep cultivation in the industry have enabled the center's products to have a good market reputation and project benefits, and walk at the forefront of spinning intelligent manufacturing with a more high-spirited attitude. The research and implementation of the new mode of spinning intelligent manufacturing has a positive role in promoting the level of intelligent manufacturing in the whole industry, and has a pioneering ice-breaking role in setting up a new mode of benchmarking, especially in the three aspects of transformation from automation to intelligence, transformation from the internal intelligence of production to the digital transformation and upgrading of the industry and transformation from textile block service to the construction of textile power strategy, etc. The center also focuses on the introduction of technology, industrial integration, and digitalization. In particular, it has exemplary industry-leading role in three aspects: transformation from automation to intelligent direction, transformation from internal intelligence of production to digital transformation and upgrading of the industry, transformation from textile block service to the construction of textile power strategy, etc. The center also pays attention to the combination of technology introduction, industrial integration, and digitized technology in-depth digging to improve the depth and breadth of the team's technical reserves, and actively absorbs new technologies and ideas. Team Profile:

The industrial network and MES system development team is an application team that deeply integrates electrical control, bus technology, PLC technology, database and software technology, etc. Guided by the technical needs of industrial bus technology and manufacturing MES systems, it is active in the manufacturing industry. The management system, textile production MES system, industrial bus network system and other aspects systematically carry out in-depth basic research and technology development, and have made outstanding contributions to the information and intelligent technology upgrading and innovation of production management in the textile industry.

There are currently 5 members of the team, including 1 professor, 2 associate professors, and 1 doctor. In recent years, more than 50 scientific research projects have been completed, and 5 scientific and technological awards above the provincial and ministerial levels have been awarded, including 2 first prizes of the Textile Light Science and Technology Progress Award of China National Textile and Apparel Council; 4 invention patents have been authorized, and 50 papers have been published. More than one article, 2 textbooks have been published. Established the first China PROFIBUS/PROFINET Technical Training Center (2007) and China IEC61131-3 Training Center (2007).
