Henan electrical test and fault diagnosis engineering technology research center was established in December 2018. It is mainly engaged in basic theoretical research and technology development of electrical test, commissioning and fault diagnosis of primary and secondary equipment of substation and distribution station and high, low voltage electrical equipment. The key technologies of electrical test and fault diagnosis are mainly studied, including the advanced design methods and detection technologies of diagnostic equipment, and the intelligent diagnostic technology for electrical equipment. The establishment of the center will build a technical work platform for information interconnection, resource complementary sharing and enterprise collaborative integration of electrical test and fault diagnosis technology.
The center has a full-time and part-time technical development, system integration and engineering team, with professors, doctors and masters as the main body. There were 26 team members, including 7 professors and professor-level senior workers, 8 associate professors and senior workers, and 12 members with doctoral degrees; the professional structure is reasonable, and the research direction is mainly concentrated in the field of power test and fault diagnosis. The average age of team members is 38 years old, and the age structure is reasonable. Team leaders and members have sufficient time and energy to engage in scientific research and development and achievements transformation.
The center has about 500 square meters of scientific research and office space, and has 80 sets of large-scale experimental equipment with a total value of 16 million yuan. There was 3000 square meters pilot base in Henan PingGao Electric Co., Ltd. and China Chemical Engineering 11th Construction Co., Ltd.
The scientific research achievements with important application prospects are continuously systematically, coordinated and engineering researched to provide mature supporting technology and equipment for adapting to the scale production of relevant key cooperative enterprises, and continuously introduce a series of products with high value-added benefits, so as to promote the scientific and technological progress of relevant industries and fields and the development of emerging industries. We will study new technologies, new methods, new processes and new materials through the combination of production, teaching and research. We will continue to cooperate with key enterprises such as China Chemical Engineering Eleventh Construction Co., Ltd., Henan Pinggao Electric Co., Ltd., Henan Tongye Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., and focus on application research, so that the research results will eventually change from ' green apple ' to ' red apple ', and strive to cultivate our own independent research and development strength.
In order to adapt to the socialist market economy and the law of scientific and technological development, actively promote the rapid development of engineering center, accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, establish and improve the technological innovation system of industry-university-research-use cooperation with center as the main body and economic technology combination. The center strengthens cooperation with related enterprises, establishes technical cooperation, creates conditions from reality, establishes various forms of pilot bases, and finally moves towards R & D engineering technology center.
