Recently, the signing ceremony of the framework agreement on co-building the R&D platform for Henan Province Research Center of Green Buildings and Intelligent Engineering concludedbetween ZZULI and Sinomach Zhongxing Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinomach Zhongxing”) was successfully held at Sinomach Zhongxing. It was attended by a group of members led by Liu Jibin, Party secretary of ZZULI’s College of Building Environment Engineering, Li Zhenwen, general Party branch secretary and executive director of Sinomach Zhongxing, Wang Zizhen, deputy secretary of the general Party branch and general manager of Sinomach Zhongxing, and other individuals involved. Li Zhenwen hosted the ceremony.

On the meeting, Li Zhenwen warmly welcomed Liu Jibin and his group. He introduced in detail the business scope and the achievements in scientific and technological innovation of Sinomach Zhongxing. He said that Sinomach Zhongxing, as one of the pioneering enterprises which received the comprehensive engineering supervision qualification certification in China and a key whole-process engineering consulting service enterprise in Henan Province, has endeavored to promote the development of scientific and technical innovation and specialized in green building and intellectual engineering over the years. It would stick to the path of innovation-driven and technology-led development. He also stated that the cooperation between ZZULI and Sinomach Zhongxing benefits both parties and is of great prospect. Hopefully, the signing ceremony will further strengthen the relationship, enhance communication, give full play to respective advantages, and achieve win-win cooperation between the parties with the deep reform in engineering construction.

Liu Jibin expressed gratitude for the support provided for ZZULI and the College of Building Environment Engineering by Sinomach Zhongxing and briefed the development and achievements of ZZULI and the College of Building Environment Engineering. He spoke highly of the development potential and the overall technological capacities of Sinomach Zhongxing. He wished the partnership a turning point in reaching a collaboration based on “shared resources, mutual benefits, and common development”. He also hoped for future collaborative opportunities in green building, intelligent engineering, and other related fields, and expected new achievements to be gained under win-win cooperation.

Afterward, the two parties further discussed and agreed on joint-research issues in fields including green building and intelligent engineering. The representatives of ZZULI’s College of Building Environment Engineering and Sinomach Zhongxing signed the agreement.

Before the signing ceremony, members from ZZULI and Sinomach Zhongxing visited the exhibition hall of the company, the smart park operation center, and the Green Building Information Modeling (GBIM) National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory to gain insights into the business development and achievements in scientific and technological innovation of Sinomach Zhongxing.
