Research Interests:

Meat quality control and mechanism from muscle to meat. Especially focus on postmortem meat tenderization, protein post-translational modifications, proteomics and post-translational modification omics.

Effects of Non-thermal physical sterilization technology, such as cold plasma technology, on meat quality during postmortem.

Education Background

PhD in Processing and Utilization of Agricultural Products award in June 2018 at Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

Bachelor Degree in Food Quality and Safety in July 2013 at Beijing University of Agriculture.
