Recently, CBIFS 2021 14th China International Food Safety Forum, hosted by China Certification & Accreditation Association, Zhejiang Food Industry Association and Pacific International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and organized by Henan Key Laboratory of Cold Chain Food Quality and Safety Control and Henan Strategic Alliance for Technology Innovation in Food Safety Testing Industry of ZZULI, was held in Hangzhou, China.
The Forum was divided into two parts, which were the main forum, and special forums on quick testing of food safety, testing of pesticide and veterinary drug residues, testing of mycotoxins, identification and traceability of food authenticity, microbiological examination and environmental monitoring. As one of the most popular annual events with the largest scale in the field of food safety, CBIFS 2021 14th China International Food Safety Forum attracted more than 1,000 representatives from colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and enterprises related to the field of food safety. Nine delegates from Henan Key Laboratory of Cold Chain Food Quality and Safety Control, including academic leaders and postgraduates, attended the Forum and were invited to make a keynote report on Progress of Research on the Application of Nanotechnology in Food Safety Testing and a special report on Progress of Research on the Quick Testing Technology of Mycotoxins.
The Forum strengthens the communication and exchanges among ZZULI and domestic experts and scholars in the field, meanwhile, it better propagates ZZULI and Henan Key Laboratory of Cold Chain Food Quality and Safety Control, attracting extensive attention from delegates and relevant fields.
