Recently, China Scholarship Council (CSC) released the results of the 2018 Outstanding Undergraduate International Exchange Project. 4 international exchange programs with the University of CAMERINO in Italy, Oakland University in the United States, the Royal Kasetsart University and Waterford Institute of Technology, submitted by ZZULI are all among the list. 33 students are qualified to be partly-sponsored by government when they study abroad through the above-mentioned programs. The number of the qualified students ranks first in Henan for two years. It is reported that in 2018, CSC will support 4,500 students selected from the applicants all over the country.
The Project established by CSC aims to further promote the cooperation between the high level universities of China and the famous universities abroad, to promote the multicultural exchange, to enhance the students' awareness of innovation. The project is based on the intercollegiate exchange agreement signed by colleges and universities and well-known overseas colleges and universities. It encourages excellent undergraduate students to go to foreign cooperative colleges and universities, international organizations, laboratories and enterprises for 3 months to 12 months.
In the past two years, the Office of International Relations has made good use of the national platform to create more and more opportunities for ZZULI’s students to study abroad, enhancing the mutual understanding between Chinese students and their overseas counterparts.
