On October 25th, a delegation from Waterford Institute of Technology, leaded by Vice President, Thomas O’Toole visited ZZULI. President Zhao Weidong met the visitors. Vice President Fang Shaoming and Deans of relevant departments took part in this meeting.
President Zhao Weidong expressed welcome to delegation on behalf of ZZULI. After making a brief introduction on recent development of ZZULI and exchanging progress of two universities, he expressed two universities make a deep discussion on “3+1+1” Accounting Major Students’ Exchange Agreement and get expected purpose. President Zhao hoped two sides can enhance cooperation through exchange students, visiting scholars as well as joint research.
Thomas O’Toole expressed gratitude for the warm reception. He praised communication achievements of two universities and hoped two sides can strengthen understanding and cooperation through this visit.
During the time, delegation visited Scientific Campus. They also made courses comparison and relative discussion with teachers of the School of Economics & Management. Through discussion, two sides reached an agreement. According to the agreement, junior students can enter course program and gain relative certifications.
