On December 10, Dr. Bela Stantic, the vice dean of Information Science and Technology School of The Griffith university of Australia, was employed as the guest professor to ZZULI. Lv Yanli and Zhao Jihong, two vice presidents of ZZULI, attended the ceremony. Present at the ceremony were the directors from the Human Resource Department, Office of International Relations, Office of Educational Administration, postgraduate department, International Education College, and some teacher representatives. Vice Principal Lv Yanli presided over the ceremony.

Vice Principal Zhao Jihong issued the letter of appointment. She said that Griffith University of Australia, as one of the world top 500 universities, has been on good terms with ZZULI since the establishment of friendship relationship more than 10 years ago. She expressed her sincere wish that Dr. Bela could give instructions and help on our discipline construction, the cultivation of young teachers, etc. She also suggested that we should try to improve quality and level of cooperation in running schools through reinforcing interscholastic friendly exchange and cooperation.

Dr. Bela introduced briefly his research field and research work. He expressed his pleasure to be employed as a visiting professor of ZZULI and said that he would spare no efforts to advance the cooperation and exchange between the two schools.
