Industrial Robot Technology and Application

       1. Introduction:

“Industrial Robot Technology and Application” Innovation Team is built on the base of Henan provincial Key Laboratory cultivation of Digital Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering in Henan province level key discipline. The research field of the team is on the design, the key common theory of control and application technology of industrial robot. After so many years' exploration and probe, academic accumulation and reserve of talents cultivation,the research direction and content have been deepening and broadening, and have gradually formed the following aspects, included the Theory and technology Bionic robots, technology and application of packaging Robots, Dynamics and Vibration of mechanical system, Machine vision and photoelectric detection technology, Application of robotics in automation equipment.In such aspects as robot modular design, control and application, the team has achieved a series of meaningful research achievements, and being in a leading position compared with the same field in domestic.

The team has successively undertaken more than 20 national and provincial scientific research projects, published more than 220 scientific papers, and more than 80 papers have been indexed by SCI/EI. The team hascompleted 15 provincial scientific and technological achievements, gained 22 national invention patents, obtained more than 8technology rewards above provincial level. Among them, “The key dynamics and control problems research of precision motion mechanism”, “The key technology and its application of large heavy mechanical and electrical equipment dynamic design”,respectively won the first prize in Natural Science awarded by Education Ministry.

       2. Team members

       The academic leader of the team is Professor Wang Xinjie. The team is consisted of 17 members with reasonable professional structure, academic structure. It is about four professors, seven vice professors and thirteen doctors. The major members are as follows: Chen Lumin(Pro.), Wang Liangwen(Pro.), Li Wei(Pro.), Zhang Zhifeng(PhD), Wang Caidong(PhD), Li Yihao(PhD), Wu Chao(PhD), Guo Jinchao(PhD), Du Wenliao(PhD), Zhai Yusheng (PhD),Guo Dongjie (PhD), Wang Hui(PhD),  Gong Xiaoyun(PhD)Nie Jin (PhD),Liu Jie, Yun Kang.

       3. Research Fields:

       The team devoted to the research of the theory and applications of robot and mechanical and electrical system. The main research fields are as follows: (1) Theory and technology Bionic robots, (2) Technology and application of packaging Robots, (3) Dynamics and control of mechanical and electrical system, (4) Machine vision and photoelectric detection technology, (5) Application of robotics in automation equipment.

       4. Achievements:

The team has successively undertaken more than 20 national and provincial scientific research projects. And the team has done some research about the following robots as Four-legged walking robot with hand-fused foot, professional welding robot tower3-R2H2S parallel sorting robotparallel palletizing robot with bipolar rotation anglea humanoid ankle joint mechanism with two degree of freedomauxiliary ankle rehabilitation robotvariable diameter pipe robotelectronically controlled adsorption on the wall climbing robotblood bag identification sorting packaging robot. And six (class) experimental prototype robot have been developed. Among them,parallel palletizing robot with bipolar rotation angle, blood bag identification sorting packaging robot, electronically controlled adsorption of climbing robot have been developed to promote the application and produce good economic returns.

The team has successively undertaken more than 20 national and provincial scientific research projects, published more than 200 scientific papers, and more than 80 papers have been indexed by SCI/EI.
