Educational Background: I graduated   from the Information Management Department of Zhengzhou University and   acquired bachelor degree of management in June 2004; And then I graduated   from the Public management Department of Zhengzhou University and obtained a   master's degree of Management in June 2007;After further studying finished   the study of Political Science in Tianjin Normal University and got my Ph.D.   in Political Science in June 2011.
